The Locusts Manor Updates

House of The Locust is still labeled PRE-ALPHA VERSION (expect bugs) on the Roblox page. NULLWORKS STUDIOS ships intelligence tweaks, map swaps, and event banners without a Steam-style patch note. This hub is the wiki’s patch memory. The deep dive for the August 2026 drop is Boiled One. If you only needed a walkthrough, you want Guides instead.

How to read a banner

The listing banner is the patch note. When it said Boiled One was coming, that was the announcement: a new anomaly for Lights Out, new Lights On and Lights Out maps, a new escape sequence, scheduled for 22:00 UTC on Monday 31 August 2026. When it says improved Locust intelligence, treat every wall-pin on The Locust as temporary.

There is no public Trello column for these banners. The links hub will not invent one. Discord rumors are worse than banners. If a creator’s video disagrees with the live nest, the nest wins.

What usually changes, and what usually does not

Usually changes:

• Cube spawn points and sometimes pad visibility
• Cabinet contents and cabinet count
• The Locust pathing and how greedy a through-wall grab can be
• Lighting, fog, and Lights Out rules
• Which sequence the EXIT door wants

Usually stays:

• You still need a way out of the nest
• Touching The Locust still ends the life
• Audio still matters
• This is still a free Roblox escape, not a codes simulator

The escape walkthrough is written as jobs, not as a frozen left-right-left, for this reason. When a patch hits, keep the jobs and re-scout.

Timeline we can actually source

• 19 July 2026 — Universe created. Pre-alpha nest goes playable on Roblox.
• August 2026 — Short-form clips explode. Escaped badge sits near 2.5 percent. Sportskeeda-style beginner writeups document Key, Keycard, Wirecutters.
• 31 August 2026, 22:00 UTC — Boiled One event window. Lights On / Lights Out maps, new sequence, new hunter name.
• 1 September 2026 — Listing still updating. Visits past 80 million. This wiki treats the nest as live pre-alpha, not as an upcoming product.

We will not log every 3 a.m. pathing hotfix. We will log banners that change how you play.

What to do after a patch

1. Play a throwaway round. Do not inject four scripts until you see whether prompts still exist.
2. Check pads. If you cannot see colors, you may be on a Lights Out map — read Boiled One.
3. Check whether EXIT still says WireCutter Needed then Key Needed. If the order changed, believe the prompt.
4. Update callouts in your stack using co-op roles. “Yellow is where it was last week” is how you wipe.
5. Come back to this hub if a new name is on the banner.

Codes and updates

Patches have not shipped promo strings. The codes hub stays empty until one does. A Boiled One banner is not a code. A script key is not a code.

If you are patch-anxious because you learned the nest from one YouTube video, keep that video’s ideas (slide, Cancel empty, pin for Keycard) and throw away its geography. The cube puzzle page says the same thing in more words.

This experience is early access in the Roblox sense: playable, unfinished, crowded. Plan for the floor to move.

How this wiki will log the next banner

We add a child page when a name is new (Boiled One), not when a Tuesday pathing hotfix makes one doorframe safer. Child pages keep videos and item routes from rotting on the hub. If NULLWORKS ever ships a written patch note, we will quote it here and then translate it into jobs: what to re-scout, what to stop pinning, what to ignore.

Until then, your personal patch note is one throwaway round. If cubes still contrast on the rug, the cube puzzle still holds. If The Locust no longer wedges, the Keycard page needs a new method and this hub needs a sentence. If EXIT grew a fourth prompt, the escape walkthrough grows a fifth step.

Do not wait for a creator to “confirm the meta.” The nest is the confirmation. This hub is just the date stamp so you remember why last week’s clip felt wrong.
