The Locusts Manor Tools

Practical overlays for House of The Locust: binds, slides, and a four-step checklist.

Tools Hub

Guides teach the nest. This hub is the stuff you keep on a second screen while The Locust is already walking. The child page that matters first is controls. The checklist below is the rest. If you wanted codes, you wanted codes (empty). If you wanted auto-play, you wanted scripts (risky).

Escape checklist (print this, not a Trello)

  1. Audio on, headphones if you have them.
  2. Landmark the pads before you pick up a cube.
  3. Seat red, yellow, blue. One cube at a time. Pull the rope. Wirecutters: cube puzzle.
  4. Split cabinets. Search, Cancel empty, call clear. Key: escape walkthrough.
  5. Pin or rear-grab The Locust. Take the Keycard. Leave the prompt. Keycard.
  6. EXIT: Wirecutters, Key, Keycard, walk the bright hall. Do not turn around for a clip.
  7. If a prompt is missing, you skipped a step or you are on a Boiled One variant. Read the door.

That is the tool. There is no hidden eighth checkbox.

What to keep bound

PC: WASD, Space, Left Shift, C for crouch, C-while-sprint for slide. Mobile: the same verbs on the default Roblox jump/crouch cluster, plus a thumb that is not covering the prompt. Full table: controls.

If slide is not in your hands, the rest of this wiki is trivia. Free Roam exists to install that bind. How to Play tells you when to use it.

Squad overlay

Before spawn, assign bait, carrier, sweeper, thief using co-op roles. If you cannot assign, you are a public lobby. Play as if everyone else is a flare.

Call landmarks, not feelings. Call seated cubes. Call cleared wings. Call pins.

What we will not build

  • A live codes redeem widget, because there are no codes.
  • A fake Trello clone, because there is no Trello. Links.
  • A damage calculator. Touch is death.
  • A spawn map that pretends pre-alpha cubes are stable.

If a later patch adds a map image we can download and license as a local file, it will live here as a child page. We will not hotlink someone else’s drawing.

After you escape once

Come back to this hub only when a patch makes you feel lost. Then run the checklist against live prompts, not against memory. The updates hub tells you whether the floor moved. The tier list tells you what to chase if your stack starts arguing.

Keep this tab group: tools, escape, Keycard. Close the rest until you die on a specific step.

Second-screen layout we actually use

Phone on the controls table until slide is boring. Laptop on the escape walkthrough folded to the step you are on. Voice in Discord with the co-op roles already assigned. That is the whole overlay. Adding a fourth screen of scripts is how you miss a breathing cue.

If you play mobile-only, you do not have a second screen. Then this hub is a pre-game read, not a live overlay. Read How to Play once, then put the phone in the nest. Pause only if a prompt name changed after a Boiled One relog.

Checklist variants

Solo: pads, cabinets with a slide corner, steal, EXIT. Skip assigning bait; you are bait whenever you hold nothing.

Duo: one bait, one carrier who becomes sweeper after the rope. Steal is bait’s job.

Trio or four: full roles. Door sitter only if you have a fifth body.

Lights Out: same checklist, slower feet, more audio. If you cannot see pads, do not fake the cube step from last week’s memory.

The tool is the order. The nest is the test. When both disagree, the live prompt wins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for The Locusts Manor on Roblox.

Is there a map tool?

Not a stable one. Cubes move. Use pads as a compass and the cube puzzle as a scout method.

Where are keyboard binds?
Can I checklist the Boiled One sequence?

Start with the same six steps, then obey live prompts. See Boiled One.

Do I need a script as a tool?

No. Scripts are optional and bannable. This hub assumes you still have hands.
